MB Prestige Living takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page describes what data we collect, why, and your rights.

Data controller

Data collected on this site is processed by MB Prestige Living, Cotonou, Benin. You can reach us with any question through the site's contact form or by WhatsApp.

Data we collect

Client area: first name, last name, email address, phone. Booking: stay dates, number of guests, chosen residence. Contact form: name, phone and desired dates. Reviews: rating, comment and display name. No card data is ever stored on our servers.

Purposes and legal bases

Your data is used exclusively to manage your bookings and account (performance of the contract), to answer your requests (legitimate interest) and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We never sell or rent your data.

Processors and recipients

Payment: FedaPay (payment details are entered directly with FedaPay, never with us). Transactional email: Brevo. Hosting and media storage: OVH (European Union). Audience measurement: self-hosted Umami, anonymous and cookieless — no third-party trackers, hence no consent banner.

Retention periods

Your client account is kept while it remains active. Booking and billing data is kept for the legally required accounting periods. Contact requests are kept for the time needed to handle them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. Exercise these rights through the site's contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (APDP in Benin, CNIL in France).
